While the Backyard Blasters did get a 4×4 truck with ball shooter, the Xtreme Daredevils were the focus of this set, with a missile-shooting buggy and a giant truck with lots of equipment in the back. About World Racers

The LEGO World Racers theme was released for one year in 2010 and features two race teams, the Blasters and Xtreme Daredevils, that raced against each other around the world for a reality TV show. The theme includes a total of 8 sets and on promotional pack The first six sets were released in May and June 2010, with the final sets being released as promotions later in 2010.
