The Orc Forge Reviews
Is this LEGO set a good investment?
“While The Orc Forge has been slightly underperforming yearly growth when compared to other sets in The Lord of the Rings, at an average annual growth rate of around 7%, this set is still a decent investment for most LEGO collector portfolios.”

“This set really has grown on me since I bought it. Like I said, I had originally gotten it for the minifigures, not expecting much. When this was released it was the set with the most olive parts in it. Not to mention the sheer number of play features! I do not do much... More playing, but I could definitely see someone else having hours of fun with this set. The amount of details on the minifigures still astounds me.”
BZPower
“This set retails for about $40 and includes 363 pieces. That seems a little high, but it feels like there's a lot in this set. The minifigs are cool if you want to expand your army, and your interest in them is probably the deciding factor as to whether or not you should buy... More this set. I enjoyed it, but then again I'm a huge Tolkien fan.”
