Ferrari was the licensed Ferrari range of LEGO Racers from 2004 to 2009. The first sets followed the Formula 1 team of the time, with minifigures of Michael Schumacher and Rubens Barrichello, a pit stop and the team truck. The road cars came at several scales, from small 1:24 models to big 1:10 builds such as the Enzo Ferrari and the 599 GTB Fiorano, and 8674 Ferrari F1 Racer 1:8 was the largest of the F1 cars.
2005 LEGO Sets
2005 marked the formal introduction of LEGO City, succeeding Town as LEGO’s modern urban theme. Star Wars minifigures transitioned from classic yellow to light nougat skin tones, aligning with other licensed lines. New themes included Dino Attack (Dino 2010 in Europe) and Vikings, while LEGO Star Wars: The Video Game debuted, establishing the long-running TT Games franchise. The year also celebrated 50 years of the LEGO System and growing digital expansion.
