LEGO 1185-1 Raft is a Castle / Ninja set released in 1999, containing 25 pieces and 1 minifigure. The small polybag build features a simple raft made with brown ribbed elements and red clips that hold two spears. It includes a Black Ninja Bonsai minifigure, and the set was also known as Mini River Ninja. This set is the same model as 3017 Mini River Ninja.

“The castle theme have carts and the ninja too, like the pirates have a raft, the ninjas have this. The building of the raft looks like very with a flyer of the same theme. This can be used as a flyer too , and it is useful to any themes, like the plate of it, that is really... More a wall, used too on the western sets. This is a small set, but don't deserves a small rate, it have a function to increase pieces or minifigures”

With the introduction of the Castle Ninja subtheme which left it's traditional European setting and visited medieval Japan in the 16th century and featured Samurai and Ninjas.

Ninja consists of 29 sets that ran from 1998 to 2000. As of today, 3346 Three Minifig Pack Ninja #3 is the most valuable Ninja set with an estimated new/factory sealed value of $788.
