This represents the current new/sealed value of the set Super Model since February 1983. Medium accuracy
1593 Super Model was a 313 piece promotional Space set with 2 minifgures released in 1983. In the UK, Germany, France, Denmark, Sweden and various other European countries the set was a promotion with Persil laundry powder. In Germany it was available through the Idee + Spiel toy store chain.

The set is composed of two sets, 6880 Surface Explorer and 6929 Star Fleet Voyager.
Super Model is an extremely old and very rare LEGO set. We have not seen set 1593-1 currently for sale online or in the hundreds of retail stores in good/new condition in over 1,843 days. Because of the rarity of this hard to find set the current estimated value of $1,178.40 might actually be much lower than the true value, assuming this set can be found for sale.Because Super Model is a very old set from 1983, finding it in a sealed and good condition might be difficult thus making the true value even that much higher.

“This must have just been a "creative" exercise for the lego designers. Finally managed to get one at a fair price and was very disappointed. Lots of good parts, put together in some form which uses all the necessary bits from 6880 and 6929. Very weak structure, no evidence... More of design and heaven only knows what the big white fridge with the arm is supposed to be.”

About Space Classic

The LEGO Classic Space was introduced in 1978 and was the first space theme. It features sets with peaceful space explorers with no enemies unlike other LEGO space sets. There were 5 astronaut minifigures the wore the same suites but in various colors including blue, red, white, yellow and black.

Classic consists of 90 sets that ran from 1978 to 2015. As of today, 926 Command Center is the most valuable Classic set with an estimated new/factory sealed value of $6,050.
