The elements differed from standard LEGO parts, using a non-ABS plastic that produced less vivid colors and certain variations in piece design. The set provided a selection of basic bricks for free building. The parts include Minitalia-style doors and windows, a 16×24 green rounded-corner baseplate, bricks and slopes in red, white, blue, and yellow, fence elements, plant pieces, and arches.

A new and sealed Medium Basic Set is currently valued at around $119, with annual growth of approximately 5%, which is lower than other Minitalia sets. The average used price is $98 for those in good overall condition. Based on current trends, this set could be valued near $124 within the next year.
