“I think this is a satisfactory set in the Architecture line, but not a standout. It does a pretty decent job of replicating the Flatiron Building's look but is not 100% there yet. It's not as good as 21030 United States Capitol Building, but I do think it's one of the better... More Architecture sets at this price point. Yet again, I have to bring up the dead horse to beat – I really feel Architecture sets are overpriced. This set is not as terrible as some other sets, but it still definitely feels overpriced. Yes, you get the “premium" stuff with the box and instructions, but people rarely display those alongside the finished build, so it's kind of pointless.”

About Architecture Landmark Series

The LEGO Architecture Landmark Series started in 2008 and consists primarily of models that represent the world's most famous structures. Initially the sets were focused on major cities in the United States such as models of the Sears Tower, John Hancock Center, the Empire State Building, and the Seattle Space Needle followed by international landmarks including Burj Khalifa, Brandenburg Gate, the Sydney Opera House and dozens more. Within the subtheme the scale of the sets differ widely.

Landmark Series was introduced in 2008 and currently consists of 36 sets. As of today, 21021 Marina Bay Sands is the most valuable Landmark Series set with an estimated new/factory sealed value of $981.

Build a detailed LEGO® brick model of the Flatiron Building, the most striking of New York’s earliest skyscrapers. Rising up from a triangular wedge of land between Broadway, Fifth Avenue and East 22nd Street, the ‘Fuller Building’ – as it was originally named – became one of the city’s tallest buildings at 20 stories on completion in 1902. A penthouse, built three years later, added an extra story. The locals’ nickname for the building was later officially adopted, and the ‘Flatiron Building’ has since been officially recognized as a National Historic Landmark.
