“A nice set for Minecraft fans, maybe not as nice to the non-fans. Some pretty nice parts but not much playability.”

Brickset
“I recommend this set quite highly. There's a lot of nooks and crannies thrown into it to both make an accurate model and a fun set to play with, and it gets even better as you notice more of the features. Both the small details and the major functions show that the designer... More had played the game and captured whatever he could to make it fun for all ages.”

About Minecraft Minifig-scale

The LEGO Minecraft theme is based on the video game Minecraft and a collaboration between Mojang and the LEGO Group. Sets in this theme were all based on the traditional LEGO minifigure scale. Minecraft is a sandbox indie game originally created by Notch (Markus Persson) and later developed and published by Mojang / Microsoft. The official release occurred in 2013 with the first set, Minecraft: Micro World: The Forest, released under LEGO Ideas and was created by Mojang through the LEGO CUUSOO program in 2012. At MineCon 2013, LEGO announced brand new minifigure-scale Minecraft sets.

Minifig-scale was introduced in 2014 and currently consists of 129 sets. As of today, 21137 The Mountain Cave is the most valuable Minifig-scale set with an estimated new/factory sealed value of $1,743.
