“The Totem is quite colorful and dose looks strangely odd but it is built from prime colors and shades but still not one of my favorite pieces. The Indian is in standard Indian dress of all brown and tan. His facial paint also looks really cool. He is carrying a quiver of... More arrows, a bow and a spear which are all black. He also has a neat Indian shield.”

“This 1997 promotional set features a highly detailed Native American chief minifigure with impressive leg and torso printing, a buffalo headdress, and unique facial details that stand out from standard LEGO figures. The totem build, while simple, complements the minifigure well and adds character to a LEGO Western setup. It's a rare and intriguing addition to any collection, especially given its regional release in Holland.”
 

About Western Indians

The LEGO Indians subtheme became a major part of the Western theme during the second year of release. Most the eight Indian sets included teepee's and native American minifigures. None of the sets features interactions from the Indians to other Western characters such as the cowboys.

Indians consists of 8 sets that ran from 1997 to 2002. As of today, 6763 Rapid River Village is the most valuable Indians set with an estimated new/factory sealed value of $820.
