About Castle Fright Knights

The Fright Knights where part of LEGO’s dive into the fantasy realm for the Castle theme. The Fright Knights faction of sets featured dragons and witches and a dark sorceress. A giant bat emblem was the crest for Basil the Bat Lord and his forces of fright. New elements for this theme included bats, chains, crystal balls, and Basil's winged helmet.

Fright Knights consists of 17 sets that ran from 1997 to 1998. As of today, 6097 Night Lord's Castle is the most valuable Fright Knights set with an estimated new/factory sealed value of $749.
