BrickEconomy Expert Review
“This LEGO set, likely a festive-themed one given its elements like a fireplace, stocking, tree, and presents, appears to be a charming addition to any adult collector's display, especially around Christmas. Its inclusion of unique flat tile pieces resembling cards or envelopes adds a novel touch, though the absence of minifigures in the original set might require some personal customization.”

Christmas was introduced in 1999 and currently consists of 120 sets. As of today, 40489 Mr. and Mrs. Claus' Living Room is the most valuable Christmas set with an estimated new/factory sealed value of $279.
