The Brick Fan
“Unlike the previous widely released individual homage promotional sets which used minifigures along with small builds, this new set focuses more on actual sets that LEGO has released in the past. The themes are focused in this set are Town, Castle, Pirates, and Space and the... More builds are based on the Airport Shuttle (6399), Castle (375), Black Seas Barracuda (6285), and Space Cruiser And Moonbase (928). With 421 pieces, there’s enough to have all four micro builds built at the same time without taking the other ones apart.”

“LEGO has released a tremendous selection of truly magnificent sets since the modern brick was created in 1958 and 40290 60 Years of the LEGO Brick includes miniature renditions of just four such models. 375 Castle, 928 Space Cruiser and Moonbase, 6285 Black Seas Barracuda... More and 6399 Airport Shuttle were selected. Each one is immediately recognizable and most represent a defining moment in LEGO's long history so I think they have been chosen very well.”

About Gift with Purchase

LEGO Gift with Purchase (GWP) sets are exclusive sets offered by LEGO as a free promotional item when customers make qualifying purchases, either in-store or online. These sets are often available for a limited time and typically require spending a certain amount on LEGO products to receive them. Examples include seasonal sets like holiday-themed builds, limited-edition minifigures, or small versions of popular larger sets. GWP sets are highly sought after by collectors due to their exclusivity and limited availability, adding unique and often theme-specific items to their LEGO collections.

Gift with Purchase was introduced in 2018 and currently consists of 39 sets. As of today, 6510864 Dungeons & Dragons Mimic Dice Box is the most valuable Gift with Purchase set with an estimated new/factory sealed value of $136.
