“For the 3rd Restaurants of the World set, we travel from Mexico to the sunny coastal enclaves of Greece with this rendition of a traditional Greek taverna. These are typically a small, family-run restaurant serving traditional Greek dishes, and are staple in most Greek... More cities and towns. The sheer white walls, and dash of blue on the sign evoke strong inspirations from coastal cities like Santorini and Mykonos, and in the back, you can find a small kitchen for meal preparation and a bouzouki (using a lute element) hanging.”

“The Gift with Purchase LEGO 40908 Restaurants of the World: Greece includes 254 pieces, significantly fewer than the previous set in the series from April, which was dedicated to Mexico. Once again, a fitting exclusive minifigure with a new torso print is included. On top of... More that, a little cat and a lute hanging on the wall of the taverna round out the GWP. Here, hungry visitors won’t find the grilled-meat excesses we’re used to over here, but instead mostly Mediterranean fish dishes, it seems. That’s already hinted at by the built fish that serves as an eye-catcher on the roof of the eatery. For other details, such as the “TABEPNA” sign (actually: taß???a), stickers are used instead.”
