The LEGO Restaurants of the World subtheme is a 2026 promotional series of four minifigure-scale restaurant builds inspired by different global cuisines, offered as Gift with Purchase items on qualifying orders at LEGO.com and LEGO Stores. The first two released sets are 40906 Restaurants of the World: Japan, a 285-piece sushi bar topped with a large piece of nigiri and including a chef minifigure, and 40907 Restaurants of the World: Mexico, a 326-piece build on an 8x12 baseplate featuring sun-bleached walls, terracotta tiles, and cacti. The compact scale makes each model easy to integrate into existing LEGO City layouts or display alongside the rest of the collection.
