“A cactus and more greenery sit to the side of the stall, creating a small alley scene. Inside the food stall is the kitchen with a variety of ingredients to put in the tacos. There’s even the option to make tacos al pastor, also known as tacos de trompo or tacos de adobada.... More Meat is being cooked on a vertical spit, and there’s a larger knife to cut it off.”

“Just like 40906, this Mexican-inspired restaurant build is very open, including a kitchen space on one side and space for two customers to sit at the taco bar with a yellow colored chair and a red colored chair. A trompo can be found in the kitchen/bar area along with a... More couple of LEGO tacos and drinks for the restaurant's customers. A single LEGO Minifigure is also included of a female chef with apron printing.”

The LEGO Restaurants of the World subtheme is a 2026 promotional series of four minifigure-scale restaurant builds inspired by different global cuisines, offered as Gift with Purchase items on qualifying orders at LEGO.com and LEGO Stores. The first two released sets are 40906 Restaurants of the World: Japan, a 285-piece sushi bar topped with a large piece of nigiri and including a chef minifigure, and 40907 Restaurants of the World: Mexico, a 326-piece build on an 8x12 baseplate featuring sun-bleached walls, terracotta tiles, and cacti.
