The LEGO Friends Vet subtheme focuses on animal care and veterinary play scenarios set in Heartlake City, with waves dating back to 2015. Long-running sets include 41085 Vet Clinic, 41086 Vet Ambulance, and 41125 Horse Vet Trailer, followed by a 2021 refresh with 41446 Heartlake City Vet Clinic, 41445 Vet Clinic Ambulance, 41442 Vet Clinic Rescue Buggy, and 41692 Vet Clinic Rescue Helicopter.
