“This affordable and unique LEGO Racers set stands out with its simple build and fun playability. Featuring six pieces, including two useful printed ones and a minifigure, the set allows for exciting races where the car is launched and the driver flies out upon impact. The elastic-powered launcher adds an extra layer of fun, making it great for competitions with other sets in the subtheme. About Racers Xalax

LEGO Xalax, also know as Crash 'em Racers was a Racers subtheme which was introduced in 2001 and discontinued the same year. These sets used special Xalax Figures which were not minifigure scale. The Xalax Figures were customized figures that were slightly taller then an average LEGO bricks, but still shorter than 4 plates high. Most Xalax sets included eight pieces since they were just different modifications of the same car.

Xalax was introduced in 2001 and currently consists of 16 sets. As of today, 4578 Ghost is the most valuable Xalax set with an estimated new/factory sealed value of $294.
