There were only 750 units of the LEGO Bat-Pod designed by Marcos Bessa available to win. In order for VIP members to be eligible to win this set, registered VIP Members needed to make a DC Super Heroes purchase during the sweepstakes entry period of June 1–30 2015. Members could enter by email for free. There was a limit of one entry per member per day. Winners were drawn in mid-July 2015. The sweepstakes was only available in North America (US and CA).

“The LEGO Bat-Pod is an incredibly unique build, originally released as a VIP sweepstakes prize in 2015, with only 750 copies ever made. While sourcing the parts can be a challenge—especially the rare Hero Factory elements—it’s a rewarding process, and the end result is a striking, large-scale model that captures the look of the Bat-Pod from the films. Despite a few odd design choices and some asymmetry, it’s an impressive display piece.”
