Insights

Limited to a short 2018 promotional giveaway, Pet Go-Kart Racers traded as a Friends promo with voucher distribution that created some scarcity but broad giveaway volume diluted exclusivity, and its lack of exclusive figures or molds keeps wider collector interest modest while post-retirement trading remains thin and sporadic.

Set Facts

It was free in LEGO brand stores with a calendar voucher #7 in July 2018.

“The LEGO Friends set includes bricks to build two go-karts, a bunny, a hamster, a cardboard ramp and a sheet of stickers. This new LEGO Friends polybag will offer fans the opportunity to race a bunny and a hamster down a cardboard ramp.”

“Similar to the polybag from 2016, LEGO City Police Pursuit (5004404), a cardboard ramp is included. In addition, of course, two nice go-karts with the animal pilots. The polybag is based on the current LEGO Friends theme. With the matching wall calendar voucher number 7, two... More friends will receive this polybag for free from July 25th to 30th.”
