“This 1979 police-themed LEGO set offers a classic design with a basic minifigure, a simple police car, and a small motorcycle. While the vehicles are minimalistic, they feature printed pieces for added detail. However, the minifigure's inability to fit inside the car reflects the design limitations of that era.”
 

About Town Classic

The LEGO Town Classic theme, active from 1978 to 1981, introduced foundational sets that established the urban layout concept in the LEGO world. Notable sets include 1592 Town Square Castle Scene, which combined medieval and modern elements, and 381-2 Police Headquarters, a prominent city infrastructure piece. The 379 Bus Station provided public transport centrality, while 600-2 Police Car offered essential city law enforcement.
