Ketupat is a Malaysian delicacies that is made from rice that has been wrapped in a woven palm leaf pouch and boiled. As the rice cooks, the grains expand to fill the pouch and the rice becomes compressed. This method of cooking gives the ketupat its characteristic form and texture of a rice dumpling.
The set was released at the Toys "R" Us Pavilion in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

About Cities of Wonders

In 2017 LEGO released a seventeen set limited edition series in Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong and other Asian cities called the Cities of Wonder centered around multiple events all promoting the theme of imagination and creativity. Once a week, the first 150 fans at an event location could receive one of these sets for a minimum purchase worth of LEGO products via an exclusive Make and Take activity. After, the Mini Builds will then be available at stores until it is sold-out.

Cities of Wonders was introduced in 2017 and currently consists of 18 sets. As of today, Cities of Wonders Hong Kong Former Kowloon-Canton Railway Clock Tower is the most valuable Cities of Wonders set with an estimated new/factory sealed value of $429.
