LEGO 6250 Cross Bone Clipper is a Pirates set released in 1997, containing 154 pieces and 3 minifigures. “This ship is just dwarfed by all other ships and seems bad. It has some nice features, and the bad ones can be easily modded. I would recommend this to Pirate fans with a smaller budget, because this is one of the smaller "actual" ships. I think the cute little ship just... More needs some love.”

About Pirates

Pirates was a LEGO theme introduced in 1989, running until 1997 and focused on the classic idea of Caribbean pirates that were pitted against soldiers of colonial empires. As the series progressed through the years, more factions were introduced and the older ones were phased out of production. The Pirates were one of the first two original factions in the theme to be introduced.

In The Mysterious Sea Monster... No Match for the Maniac, it is revealed that Captain Redbeard ended up sinking the Cross Bone Clipper. Diver Dan and Scuba Sandy salvage the treasure from the shipwreck, but Barracuda steals the treasure chest in his Aqua Dozer, so the LEGO Maniac combines the Cross Bone Clipper's mast with the Sting Ray Explorer in order to catch Barracuda.
