“I think this is a rather good set, despite some shortcomings, such as the lack of treasure and odd roof from some angles. The shark, Imperial soldier and useful parts make up for it.”

“This set is just so cozy. Although it isn't big, it comes with an original design, that really fits into the jungle of the pirates' theme. The diagonal tree blades are a perfect camouflage. You get a treasure, two pirates and a red officer. Furthermore you get a shark and a... More nice brown boat. This increases the playability furthermore.”

About Pirates

Pirates was a LEGO theme introduced in 1989, running until 1997 and focused on the classic idea of Caribbean pirates that were pitted against soldiers of colonial empires. As the series progressed through the years, more factions were introduced and the older ones were phased out of production. The Pirates were one of the first two original factions in the theme to be introduced.
