Set Value (New/Sealed)

This represents the current new/sealed value of the set 1:87 Jaguar E-Type with Garage since January 1964. Medium accuracy

The 670-3 1:87 Jaguar E-Type with Garage was a Classic HO 1:87 scale vehicle set produced from 1964 to 1968. It included a Jaguar E-Type car and a transparent garage box for storage. Released exclusively in the UK and Australia, the car was available in three colors: red, black, and white. Based on current trends, this set could be valued near $656 within the next year.

1:87 Jaguar E-Type with Garage (670-3) is an exceptionally old and rare LEGO set. It has not been available online or in retail stores in good/new condition for over 2 years. Due to its rarity, the estimated value in sealed condition of $602.42 may understate its true worth, assuming one can even be found for sale. Since this set was released in 1964, finding it sealed and well-preserved is exceptionally difficult—making complete sets with intact boxes museum-grade collectibles.

There are currently no new/sealed listings available for 1:87 Jaguar E-Type with Garage at this time.

Insights

Released as part of the Classic theme and now retired, 1:87 Jaguar E-Type with Garage (670) draws demand from classic car collectors for its Jaguar subject and scarce sealed examples, and its fragile early HO packaging and thin trading volume create condition-sensitive volatility alongside longer-term scarcity.

Set Facts

The set was only released only in the United Kingdom and Australia.
About the actual car: the Jaguar E-Type, produced in the 1960s, is a British sports car renowned for its stunning design and high performance. Launched in 1961, it featured a 3.8-liter inline-six engine (later upgraded to 4.2 liters), offering impressive speed and agility. Available as a two-seater coupe and a convertible, the E-Type combined sleek, aerodynamic styling with advanced engineering, including independent rear suspension and disc brakes. Its beautiful design and exceptional performance made it an icon of 1960s automotive culture.
It is a co-branded set with Jaguar.
