“Being one of the more "Deluxe" figures, assembly was a bit more difficult, but nothing any adult couldn't handle. The dual ball joint system enabled the legs to have working pistons - how cool is that? It's a cool looking figure and fun to build.”

“Von Nebula (7145) offers a treasure trove of unique recolored pieces, including black Bohrok shells, Xplode spikes in black and blue, and a striking blue-and-black Tridax pod, making it a dream for MOC enthusiasts. While its consistent color scheme is a plus, the set suffers from a gappy design, protruding axles, and an unfinished-looking back. Despite these flaws, it remains a solid and visually appealing option for Hero Factory fans.”
 

About HERO Factory Rise of the Rookies

Rise of the Rookies theme was based on the 2010 animated film within the LEGO Hero Factory series. The story follows Alpha Team Leader Stormer and his team—Bulk, Stringer, and rookies Furno, Breez, and Surge—as they confront a series of villains orchestrated by the rogue hero Von Nebula. The narrative emphasizes themes of teamwork, mentorship, and the challenges of transitioning from novice to experienced hero.
