About Star Wars Ultimate Collector Series
The Ultimate Collector Series, or UCS, holds the large display versions of Star Wars ships, vehicles and places. It began in 2000 with 7181 TIE Interceptor and 7191 X-wing Fighter. The designer of that first X-wing gave it a black stand and a printed information plaque to show it was a model to display rather than a toy, and the stand and plaque have been part of the series ever since.
Ultimate Collector Series was introduced in 2000 and currently consists of 45 sets. As of today,
10018 Darth Maul is the most valuable Ultimate Collector Series set with an estimated new/factory sealed value of $4,253.
Summary
Star Wars Ultimate Collector Series Slave I set 75060 was released in January 2015, retailing for $200, but has since been retired. New, unopened Slave I sets are valued at $597, while used sets can be found for $404 in good condition.
