Brickset
“75249 Resistance Y-wing Starfighter has exceeded my expectations, offering greater innovation than was anticipated when compared with previous Y-wing designs. Its aerodynamic bodywork looks great and I like the combination of white and red, despite the reliance upon stickers... More for that decoration.”

“LEGO Star Wars fans will like collecting the new character minifigures and building ships and scenes from the new movie. Without having seen the movie, we can only speculate as to what's happening in each build/scene, but their release before the movie definitely raises the... More excitement factor for fans who want to know what's going to happen.”

“The Y-Wing Assault Starfighter/Bomber is a familiar face in the Star Wars universe. It appeared in the original trilogy, Rogue One, The Clone Wars TV series and Rebels TV series. It's a fun model to build, with a great end result. It's strong enough to be handled by... More children, who are the core audience for this set. But also when you want it for display, this is a good set. Not perfect, but on this scale and price, they did a great job. The 3 minifigures and 2 droids are an added bonus.”
