“I REALLY like the telescopic handler. It may not be as technically/mechanically impressive or complex as some other models, but it's still got a lot going on. A telescopic handler is not as easily recognizable as many other models featured in the Technic line and may perhaps... More be overlooked by many because of this. This is a shame as I think this set is pretty nifty and encourage more people to check it out if possible.”

“If you are interested in purchasing this as a used set, you'll most likely be saving a bit of money, with secondary markets going for a little under the RRP. If you want a new set, expect to pay around $200. This means that you'll get a decent price per element, at under 20c... More even at new. Collectibility is a little trickier. Is it a standout set? Not so much. Is it unique? Nope, there's other telehandlers.”

About Technic

TECHNIC is one of The LEGO Company's main lines based on creating detailed model machines and mechanical toys with specialized beams, axles, gears and connectors and primarily designed for older children and adults. The theme was first introduced as the Expert Builder series in 1977, but was officially renamed as TECHNIC in 1984.
