“While Allegra's limbs are compatible with the other sets in the line, the character herself is unable to "glinch" (switch limbs in the show) so the set does not feature any interchangable limb parts. Instead, the set includes a two-part Keewop figure.”

“The Allegra Zane figure from the Galidor line has some positives, like a well-detailed head mold and a nicely designed ponytail piece. However, the set is held back by its disappointing fixed-arm articulation, which is especially ironic given her martial arts background. Paired with the underwhelming and seemingly unnecessary Ki Wap accessory, this figure feels like a missed opportunity and ranks among the weaker entries in the series.”
 

About Galidor

The Galidor was based on the CGI science fiction TV series Galidor from Fox Kids and ABC Family and was released in 2002. Production of the show was partially funded by LEGO, which produced sets to go along with the show. The sets were based on a simplified action-figure structure vaguely similar to BIONICLE. Each Galidor set contained an action figure composed of about a dozen parts, connected by standard pins and featured a "glinching" (a power held by the denizens of the Outer Dimension that enables them to switch analogous limbs with each other) limb-switching ability that formed the core mechanic of the Galidor sets.
