“"The Boss" is a standout in the Robo Riders theme, offering a fantastic 2-in-1 build with the alternate model being the real star. It features striking flame decals, three unique tires, and an adjustable suspension supported by rubber bands, making it great for display. Despite a few minor drawbacks, like rubber bands wearing out and the main model being less interesting, it's still an impressive set for fans of vintage Technic with a great value if you can find it at a good price.”
 

About Technic Robo Riders

LEGO Robo Riders (RoboRiders) was a TECHNIC theme launched in 2000 that were designed as robotic, anthropomorphic bikes, complete with a faceplate and special gear to suggest adaption to a specific environment. The Robo Riders succeeded Slizer and was replaced by BIONICLE in 2001 with only eight retail and eight promotional sets being released.

Robo Riders was introduced in 2000 and currently consists of 16 sets. As of today, 8516 Super RoboRider is the most valuable Robo Riders set with an estimated new/factory sealed value of $120.
