LEGO 8623 Krekka is a Bionicle Warriors set released in 2004, containing 214 pieces. It builds a large, posable Dark Hunter with a shoulder-mounted Kanoka disk launcher, an energy web launcher, and articulated limbs. The set includes a Po-Metru Kanoka Disk marked with code 338. Krekka can be combined with 8621 Turaga Dume and Nivawk and 8622 Nidhiki to form the Ultimate Dume combiner model; in Bionicle lore he is portrayed as a powerful but unintelligent enforcer on Metru Nui.

“Krekka is an extremely stable and well-built set, and his legs use the new ball joints effectively to create legs so stable it can be put in amazing and rather unlikely poses, as I demonstrated above, so I'd consider him an addition as worthy as any to your collection, and... More MOCer's ought to like him do to his large amount of the new joints, although they're not necessarily in the preferred color. All in all, it's hard to find something not to like about this bulky Dark Hunter, and I'm sure you'll like him too.”

About Bionicle Warriors

The LEGO BIONICLE Warriors was a subtheme of sets that were typically larger than the standard Toa or Matoran sets, but not as intricate or vast as the Titan sets. These Warrior sets often represented significant characters or antagonists in the Bionicle storyline.

Warriors consists of 37 sets that ran from 2002 to 2009. As of today, 8998 Toa Mata Nui is the most valuable Warriors set with an estimated new/factory sealed value of $2,448.
