Over the last several years, Gavla has averaged an annual growth of just around 9% and is expected to decline no more than one or two percent in the next couple of years, while Bionicle sets have an average annual return of around 7%.”

Save your money, and instead of buying two Matoran, buy a canister set.... More You'll get three times as many pieces, at least.”

About Bionicle Matoran

The Matoran are BIONICLE citizens and are smaller than Toa warriors. There are several types of Matoran including Ko-Matoran, Ga-Matoran, Ta-Matoran, Le-Matoran, Onu-Matoran, Po-Matoran, and Av-Matoran. Various Matoran characters were made into more significant characters some even becoming Toa. If a Matoran from each Metru or Koro wish to combine their bodies they can form a being called a Matoran Nui.

Matoran consists of 35 sets that ran from 2001 to 2008. As of today, 8546 Bionicle Power Pack is the most valuable Matoran set with an estimated new/factory sealed value of $150.
