LEGO and Mars Incorporated collaborated in the late 1990s on a regional promotional campaign that featured small LEGO Basic animal sets distributed through Mars confectionery products. The partnership produced several exclusive polybag models, including 1756 Animals, 1758 Animals, 1767 Animals, 1768 Animals, and 1828 Animals. These sets contained simple brick-built animal figures aimed at younger children and were packaged as collectible bonuses with Mars-branded candies and snacks. The collaboration was part of LEGO’s broader late-1990s strategy of partnering with global food and consumer brands.
