Star Wars BrickHeadz turn characters from across the saga into square brick-built heads on small bodies. The first came in 2017, Finn and Captain Phasma from The Force Awakens and a San Diego Comic-Con pair of Boba Fett and Han Solo frozen in carbonite.
2024 LEGO Sets
In 2024, LEGO broadened its creative reach through major new licenses, digital experiences, and sustainability goals. The LEGO Dune theme debuted with the Atreides Royal Ornithopter, faithfully capturing the design of the 2021 film. A landmark collaboration with Epic Games introduced LEGO Fortnite, blending survival, building, and over 1,200 minifigure-style characters. Other notable releases included LEGO Animal Crossing and LEGO The Legend of Zelda, expanding LEGO’s Nintendo partnership, and LEGO Wicked, tied to the upcoming musical film. LEGO Despicable Me returned alongside sets for the new Despicable Me 4 movie, while LEGO Star Wars marked its 25th anniversary with commemorative editions. Sustainability remained central to LEGO’s mission as it reaffirmed goals to use 50% renewable or recycled materials by 2026 and phase out fossil-based plastics by 2032.
