Prediction Insights

A one-off promotional minifigure tied to a LEGO Club giveaway, LEGO Club Max draws niche nostalgia from collectors of promotional material and has genuine scarcity, and its modest mainstream appeal and largely flat recent pricing argue for a conservative, hold-oriented stance.

Review for LEGO set 852996 LEGO Club Max from Brickset

“The 'Max' minifigure is very rare. It comes with four pieces. His hair is brown. He has a wide smile with some weird eyes. His torso says the 'M' logo for 'Max'. The legs ate pretty normal except it has some pocket's.”

About Promotional Minifigure

The promotional minifigures were made for events and LEGO stores rather than sets. Max, the mascot of the LEGO Club, is among them, along with a LEGO Brand Store employee in a bowler hat, the Brick Friday figure of 2019 and a Party Banana. Others include a cave man and cave woman, a Royal Guard, a penguin suit girl and a pair of Astrobots.
