This version is identified by the gas station block facing north. Beginning in 1956, the same Town Plan board was also issued in Central Europe as set 200. Our forecast has the value rising about 6% over the coming year, to around $423.
Town Plan Board Large Plastic (1200-1) is an exceptionally old and rare LEGO set. It has not been available online or in retail stores in good/new condition for over 2 years. Due to its rarity, the estimated value in sealed condition of $397.32 may understate its true worth, assuming one can even be found for sale. Since this set was released in 1955, finding it sealed and well-preserved is exceptionally difficult—making complete sets with intact boxes museum-grade collectibles.
There are currently no new/sealed listings available for Town Plan Board Large Plastic at this time.
