- In 2022, LEGO revealed a partnership with Dungeons & Dragons, inviting enthusiasts to design their own Dungeons & Dragons-themed sets via the LEGO Ideas platform. One winning design would be selected to be produced and sold. The competition was unveiled in October 2022, and by early the following year, it was announced that "Dragon’s Keep: Journey’s End" had won the contest.
- The "Dragon’s Keep: Journey’s End" original model had nearly 3000 pieces, but the final LEGO Ideas 21348 Dungeons & Dragons set expanded to 3745 pieces. It features versatile pathways with interchangeable doors for varied storytelling.
