Starting in 2008, LEGO Ideas (formerly known as LEGO Cuusoo) allows fans to submit ideas for products to be turned into potential sets available commercially, with the original designer receiving 1% of the royalties. The ideas theme has produced dozens of sets so far, with about half a dozen new sets released each year. To collectors, the theme has proved wildly successful and has seen an average collector growth in the ten to twenty percent range per year, with original sets such as the Shinkai 6500 Submarine, set #001, seeing much greater returns. Here you can find the top most valuable LEGO Ideas/Cuusoo sets today.
