LEGO Ideas 21311 Voltron is a LEGO Ideas set released in the summer of 2018, consisting of 2,321 pieces. Based on the fan project Voltron – Defender of the Universe by builder len_d69, this was the 22nd LEGO Ideas set and, at the time, both the largest mech-based and largest LEGO Ideas set ever produced. Celebrating the classic 1980s animated series Voltron: Defender of the Universe, the set combines nostalgia, engineering complexity, and display presence, making it one of the most iconic LEGO mechs ever created.

The model faithfully recreates Voltron, the legendary robot formed by five mechanical lions—black, red, green, blue, and yellow—each of which can be built and displayed separately or combined into the towering super robot. The combined figure stands over 15 inches (40 cm) tall and wields Voltron’s signature sword (11 inches long) and shield, both brick-built in striking detail.

A new Voltron sells for around $500 today, after averaging 15.9% growth a year since retirement. Give it five years and our forecast has it near $638.
