LEGO 2531 Rescue Chopper was a 99 piece Town set with 2 minifigs released in 1998. It consists of a rescue helicopter with a crank-operated net, a broken-down dune buggy, and two minifigures: a Rescueman and a Civilian with a green U.S. cap. This set was both available in the US from LEGO Shop At Home as well as as a promotional release with various airlines including Austrian, Sabena and Qantas. The set was also called "Helicopter with Jeep Cargo".

The value for a new, factory-sealed Rescue Chopper is currently estimated at around $58. Current used prices for Rescue Chopper range from $18 to $22, depending on the set's condition, with an average price of $19 for those in good overall condition.

“This set offers great value, especially considering its low price and rarity as an Airline promo. Both the jeep and helicopter feature classic 90s designs, evoking nostalgia for that era of LEGO Town vehicles. While the set doesn't introduce many standout or unique elements, it includes solid playability with two vehicles, a net for rescue scenarios, and well-suited minifigures. Overall, it's a solid addition for collectors or those with a fondness for vintage LEGO sets.”
