LEGO 30023 Lighthouse is a Creator Promotional set released in 2011, containing 25 pieces. It builds a miniature lighthouse inspired by 5770 Lighthouse Island, featuring a red-and-white tower, a black roof, and a green base. The light is represented with transparent yellow elements, and the model includes a small doorway detail. In the U.S. it was available at Toys R Us with purchases of $30 or more, and in the Netherlands it was offered at Gamma stores.

“This little model represents a lighthouse in a miniature scale (or microbuild if you prefer), it uses 25 pieces in total which is fairly standard for most Polybagged sets. There are red, white, gray, black, clear yellow and brown pieces used in this microbuild and I've got... More to say the finished model does look like what its aiming for.”

About Creator Promotional

The LEGO Creator theme consists of a variety of subthemes that revolve around sets that focus on buildings, creatures, vehicles, robots and recently more specialized sets such as botanical and even the Chinese New Year. Many of these sets have fallen under the 3-in-1 label which include instructions in a single set to provide multiple alternative models. Originally created in 2001 with a focus on larger bucket sets, the LEGO Creator theme has expanded outside just bricks to later include minifigures.

Promotional was introduced in 2001 and currently consists of 46 sets. As of today, 4278 Large Tub is the most valuable Promotional set with an estimated new/factory sealed value of $93.
