The Brick Show
“Similar to its predecessors, the LEGO Super Mario Fuzzy & Mushroom Platform (30389) offers a sort of expansion for the starter course set, with plenty of various elements and buildable figures.”

BrickFanatics
“30389 Fuzzy & Mushroom Platform is a brand new polybag for the video game theme, offering a quick and easy way to expand whichever of the two starter packs you happen to have. The mini expansion seems pretty decent for such a tiny add-on, too, offering an enemy for Mario or... More Luigi to defeat and a Star block power-up to grant the plumbers temporary invincibility from hazards.”
