“The main centerpiece of this set is obviously the fountain itself. It’s a small circular structure that actually has a lot of detail packed into it. There are some pearl-gold frogs surrounding the base and are facing the statue. Inside the base are four trans-light blue... More Chima CHI crystals with some bulbs to portray water coming out of spouts. In the middle is the aforementioned statue standing on top of a Roman-style column.”

“Overall, it's a great free set. Having planned to purchase items anyways, it's always great to get more LEGO sets at no additional charge. Would I buy this one on the secondary market? No thanks! There isn't really anything that makes this set stand out as one worth... More investing in. I'd recommend making up your own fountain MOC instead.”

The LEGO Creator theme consists of a variety of subthemes that revolve around sets that focus on buildings, creatures, vehicles, robots and recently more specialized sets such as botanical and even the Chinese New Year. Many of these sets have fallen under the 3-in-1 label which include instructions in a single set to provide multiple alternative models. Originally created in 2001 with a focus on larger bucket sets, the LEGO Creator theme has expanded outside just bricks to later include minifigures.

Promotional was introduced in 2001 and currently consists of 46 sets. As of today, 4278 Large Tub is the most valuable Promotional set with an estimated new/factory sealed value of $93.
