The Lego Car Blog
“All of the foregoing is a roundabout way of telling you that 42006 is a fine set. It's not a substitute for 8043, but it's certainly the second-best excavator, and I don't mind the sacrifice of simpler, fewer functions and a skimpier appearance at this price point. It does... More what it needs to.”

Eurobricks
“I think this is a really nice model. There are many pretty clever solutions with the gears and how the axles are drawn. However the body is pretty light and because of this it won't be able to lift much weight without tipping over. Overall a good-looking machine with lots of... More gears and of cours LAs are always great.”
