“This LEGO Racers set offers a simple build, but the real fun comes from its playability. The car's ejecting feature, where the driver flies out upon impact, provides endless entertainment. While the minifigure resembles the Drome Racer pilots and looks cool, it's not very poseable or useful for building custom creations. Though the parts are limited and not ideal for MOCs, the set shines in its ability to deliver fast-paced, crash-filled action, making it a fun addition for young LEGO fans.”
 

About Racers Xalax

LEGO Xalax, also know as Crash 'em Racers was a Racers subtheme which was introduced in 2001 and discontinued the same year. These sets used special Xalax Figures which were not minifigure scale. The Xalax Figures were customized figures that were slightly taller then an average LEGO bricks, but still shorter than 4 plates high. Most Xalax sets included eight pieces since they were just different modifications of the same car.

Xalax was introduced in 2001 and currently consists of 16 sets. As of today, 4578 Ghost is the most valuable Xalax set with an estimated new/factory sealed value of $286.
