“The siege tower has a dropable gangplank at the second level. Next to the rear wheels extend two beams on either side of the siege engine, allowing the soldiers to push the tower forward. Siege engines released after this model lacked details such as this, often giving no... More indication as to how they are moved.”

About Castle Lion Knights

The Lion Knights were released the same year as the Black Falcons in 1984. As with the Black Falcons, LEGO never officially named this faction for some time, although catalogues in the United States and Australia used the name Lion Knights while Canada used Lion Crest. The Lion Knights were in open conflict with the Forestmen, as shown by several catalog settings.

Lion Knights consists of 19 sets that ran from 1984 to 2014. As of today, 6080 King's Castle is the most valuable Lion Knights set with an estimated new/factory sealed value of $3,983.
Summary
Castle Lion Knights Siege Tower set 6061 was released in April 1984, retailing for $18, but has since been retired. New, unopened Siege Tower sets are valued at $736, while used sets can be found for $76 in good condition.
