“The Skull's Eye Schooner replaces the Black Seas Barracuda from 1989 as the pirates' flagship. It is also bigger than its predecessor and only one of two ships of the Pirates theme with three masts. The Skull's Eye Schooner was the biggest LEGO ship from 1993 to 2010, when... More the set 10210 Imperial Flagship was released which is larger but has the same armament (includes four cannons, and four gunports per side).”

“Skull's Eye Schooner (LEGO #6286-1) is a good LEGO set from the Pirates theme. This is one of the ultimate LEGO Pirate collector pieces. This set is huge, is well designed and looks very cool. There is a cool skull and cross bones sail. The steering wheel turns the rudder.... More There are 4 cannons, and 9 different pirates. Don't wait to get your hands on this very rare pirate ship.”

About Pirates

Pirates was a LEGO theme introduced in 1989, running until 1997 and focused on the classic idea of Caribbean pirates that were pitted against soldiers of colonial empires. As the series progressed through the years, more factions were introduced and the older ones were phased out of production. The Pirates were one of the first two original factions in the theme to be introduced.
