There is actually nothing here apart from the seating for the pilot. The helicopter has "Police" inscription on both... More sides under the propeller. The same applies to a motorcycle. The LEGO Town Police theme, spanning from 1981 to 2002, focused on law enforcement and maintaining order in a LEGO city.
