Insights

Released in 1991, Pier Police is an early-90s Town Police set with distinctive large boat hulls and printed baseplates, and its vintage styling plus low surviving sealed supply has supported steady collector interest; remake activity in later Police/harbor lines adds some competition and potential volatility.

“The raised quay platforms were originally conceived as railway platforms. This was one of only two police buildings that included a police boat, and the first set to do so. The other one being 6598 Metro PD Station. The office on the top floor has a tape recorder mounted on... More the wall.”

BrickEconomy Member Review

“This harbor-themed set stands out with its detailed vehicles, including a speedboat, a large boat, and a classic police car. While the police station is compact and could benefit from more creative touches, the set's design, vibrant color palette, and functional baseplates make it enjoyable to build.”
