Insights

Released in the late 1990s and retired long ago, Chopper Cop is a small Town Police impulse set whose sealed scarcity appeals to Classic Town collectors, and it shows solid post-retirement demand, but evergreen police parts and an unremarkable minifigure profile limit upside and add trading volatility.

Set Facts

The set consists of a police officer minifigure and a three-wheel motorbike.
The set is also known as promotional set 4304 Chopper Cop.
The set is part of Wave 2 of Town Jr.

Lego Maniacs' Guide

“I'm glad that Lego decided to release the ATC as its own set. Now it's not necessary to buy a large set just to get one of these gems. The ATC's are much more versatile than the Lego motorcycles which were introduced more than ten years ago. These ATC's come in several... More pieces and you can even tow a trailer using the trailer hitch on the back. This set is inexpensive and a must for any town setup.”

BrickEconomy Member Review

“With just 23 pieces, this set features a classic police minifigure in a black and white uniform with a simple yet nostalgic design. The tri-wheeled motorcycle, though basic, includes a fun steering mechanism and rear accessories like a walkie-talkie and flashlight.”
